or next. I want to discuss the need to create a communication plan which will be a project I will work on for change management class. This will help set up a schedule and process to expedite the flow of information for promotional activities as well as the website.
although this is technically not a big part of my capstone it will help with the content gathering for the website.
I havent gotten very far on my Rubric this week yet...I have redone my component map and will post it here.
The break down of work is: PM 50%, Web design 20%, Web standards 15%, Change 10%, Legal 5%
So I hope that will work Im not sure about weighting webstandards with 15% but I believe it is an issue since the site is being built in Joomla and needs to be accessible on many browsers.
Perhaps that is why the rubric seems difficult to me to write...Im not sure about some of the details for defining success...hmmm I need to review my work break down structure, scope and other docs.
